【茶 Unique Tea】
青心烏龍Chin-Shin Oolong
【品 Tasting】
熱泡 Hot Brew:

取7公克茶葉,以150毫升評鑑杯注入100°C沸水
Gongfu Brew: 7g tea in 150ml teapot, 100°C water.
第1、2泡:60秒
第3泡:90秒,其後依照個人喜好延長30-50秒
可回沖6至7泡
First & second brew, 60 seconds.
Third brew, 90 seconds then increase the brewing time about 30-50 seconds with each successive brew.
The leaves can be brewed 6 or 7 times.
冷泡 Cold Brew:
取7公克茶葉置於瓶中注入常溫水放入冰箱冷藏8至12小時即可
Place 7 grams of tea leaves in a bottle, add room-temperature water, and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours.
