【品 Tasting】
熱泡 Hot Brew:

取3公克茶葉,以150毫升評鑑杯注入90°C水,亦可以100°C沸水沖泡
Gongfu Tea: 3g tea in 150ml teapot, 90°C, or it can also be brewed with boiling water at 100°C.
第1、2泡:10秒
第3泡:25秒
第4泡:35秒
第5泡:50秒,其後依照個人喜好延長60至120秒
可回沖7至8泡。
First & second brew, 10 seconds.
Third brew, 25 seconds then increase the brewing time about 60 or 120 seconds with each successive brew. The leaves can be brewed 7 or 8 times.
